I love coming to this Wendy's, their service is always fast and fresh and they don't mess up your order. Best Wendy's I've ever been to.

One of the worst places in my life. I ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise, and not once, not twice, but three times it took them to get it right. The jobs not to hard, if the drive through lady wasn't laughing with another coworker while taking my order they might have gotten it right. But no worries Wendy's since Arby's, Burger King, and mc Donald's are all by you. Now the only time I will mention Wendy's is when I am talking bad about it to possible customers that I will trying to discourage. Also they spilled part of my drink because putting a lid on is such a vigorous task.

All I ordered was two double stacks with no cheese just ketchup and mustard. Simple enough right? Not simple enough apparently because they put cheese on it.

I've had more bad experiences than good ones at this location. Their food wasn't fresh nor hot for that matter. It's upsetting to have to drive to a different location because the location closest to you sucks. I give it a 2 stars because when you actually eat inside, everything is great. The food and service is what it should be. Sucks that you can't get that through the drive thru.

Im disappointed in this fast food restaurant. The burgers and fries we ordered where cold. The workers shouldn't rush ...I mean it only takes a few minutes more to make it warm. I ended up with an upset stomach. That last bite of the burger was pretty cold. As for the nuggets they were fresh.

How hard is it to add cheese and remove lettuce from a sandwich? Apparently here, very hard. Especially if you go to the drive thru in the evening. They gave me my sandwich plain, which was not what I ordered. I ha do give it back 5 times and they still got it wrong.

Cold, dirty, messy and a really bad fake fireplace. Have to go out of your way to be this bad. Just not a good feeling at all.

If I could give this Wendy's 0 stars I would!!! This was my second time at this location. First time my sandwich was cold but I couldn't go back because I was on break... Today my baked potato wasnt cooked all the way, my sandwich wad cold, cheese didnt melt, these was a greasy, burnt clump of bacon on my sandwich & as Im showing this all to my boss I pulled a long string of hair out of my sandwich!!!! Disgusting!!! I called & my boss actually took me back to get my sandwich replaced & when I asked the manager if she wanted to see it she said no that she believed me... So why are the people preparing the sandwich not wearing hair nets?? She asked me if I wanted a frosty while I waited & i said sure vanilla. Not only did she give me the smallest cup that they had but it was also chocolate. I will NEVER return & will tell everyone I know about this place! As much as I love Wendy's but they make me never want to go to another 1 for a long time! & the fact that I took the time out my day to download this app & write a review should let you know how upset I am

Pros: Brand new restaurant. Great new look, very speedy service, great fries, good chicken sandwich. Cons: the drive thru service and some guy were speaking another language in front of me, i didn't like that because they may have been talking about me.

A remodeled Wendy's with the same delicious fast food with new bakery items. The interior of this place looks similar to any other remodeled fast food restaurant: sleek and modern. A few things that caught my eye was the lounge area with a fireplace, mounted flat screen tv and a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine(touch screen soda fountain). The service is ok. It certainly isn't bad but it passes. In my recent visit, one of the employees was dressed as a Wendy's mascot. She walked around the main lobby greeting costumers and asking them if they need refills on there drinks. I think it adds a nice touch.

It's new and improved but just as stupid. While you can fix the look of a place, make it actually quite nice but you fail to fix the inside (meaning staff) it kind of defeats the purpose, and , unfortunately, so it goes to the revamped Wendy's in Hickory Hills. The restaurant has gone through a complete remodel and looks rather nice. Large glass doors that open up into a modern eating area equipped with a TV & faux fireplace; large windows in the front bring in a ton of light making it feel down right homey. The counter is surrounded by big digital menu boards that run the length telling you everything that they sell and in what combination. But alas, here is where it gets a tad tricky, and for no reason. Wendy's likes to flaunt that they have a value menu, and at one time everything on it was a dollar. Now, however, everything on that menu is a $1.19. 19 cents more really not that big of a deal, but here is the thing: as I stood in line going over the menu I never saw the value items. And I actually didn't find them until after I ordered and was waiting at the other end of the counter where you pick up your order. And lo-and-behold right above it was the "VALUE MENU". I mean you literally can not see it from the side you order on unless you walk down the counter, because it resides past the French fries & sodas, & Smooties. And if there is a line, most people are going to feel pressured to not walk up and down the counter trying to find it. But whatever. Chalk it up to good marketing on their (Wendy's) part. Because it truth they want to sell the bigger more expensive meals. Like I said: they fixed the out & left the in to their own devises. While Wendy's seemed to have a large staff on hand behind the counter service was still slow & could not handle the rush, with a lone girl at the register taking orders. It wasn't until the line was half way into the dinning room before one of the managers thought about putting someone else up there. That was problem one. Now problem two is and has been that Wendy's has always had an issue with completing orders and putting everything in the bag. And now after the remodel things are no different, because when I checked my bag before leaving I saw that yes, once again, they had forgot something and when I brought it to their attention the one manager was very helpful & understanding where as the other wanted to be argumentative, then when he questioned the staff about the missing item -a burger- the "line prep" girl was as well, yelling out that she had made it & handed it to the kid. Unfortunately when I brought to their attention that 1) I am not a kid, & 2) nor was I handed anything, she & they (the managers), realized that they sent my burger out the door to some unknown. So once they replaced the missing burger I once again looked over the order. Another huge issue when it came to Wendy's before & is still now a staple is that when you order your item (usually a burger) prepared a different way, like in this case I wanted one plain, they never seem to do what you ask. But at this point I really didn't want to go back again to the counter & complain. The other staple of their lack of detail is that they never, & I mean NEVER, fill their fry boxes. Be it large, medium, or small. They are always half to quarter full. Which is surprising because just about everywhere else I seem to be drowning in spuds. Now usually when it comes grand openings or re-openings for places like this (Wendy's, Burger King, McDonalds) the food is usually at it's best. Fresh, well cooked; tasty. And looks like it does on the menu. And since this particular Wendy's re-grand opening was this week was the MAIN reason I chose to go. But, regrettably, this wasn't the case. My fries were luke warm and over salted; the burgers & chicken sandwiches are now smaller than they were before & didn't have a lot of flavor. So in other words this new & improved Wendy's will NOT be on my go to list, being more reserved for late nigh when the choices are limited.
